Flea Market Rules 2009

1.  Rain Dates:            If it is raining, we will wait until 6AM to cancel the market and move it to the rain date.  If we get started and it starts to rain, except for a brief shower, and it is before 9AM, we will move to the rain date.  After 9AM we will cancel—it is a completed market.  No refunds.  If we have to move to the rain date and that is also cancelled due to rain, there will be no more extensions and no refunds. 

2.   Set up times:  Set up times will be 6AM to 7:00AM.  Please do not come earlier due to the complaints of the neighbors about the noise.  No reservations will be held until paid in full.  If you made reservations and find that you cannot make it, you may call and substitute someone in your spot.  No cancellations will be accepted and no refunds will be given.  Reservations will be held until 7:00AM only.  If you come after this time, you will have to take what is available.  Send along a self addressed stamped postcard with your payment if you want confirmation for your spot. 

3.  No selling of food, snacks, sodas, water, fireworks, guns, knives, weapons, pornographic or illegal merchandise, or any product banned from being sold on school property is permitted in the market area. 

4.  Please enter on Elkins Ave.   It is best that only one car remain in the three spaces spot and a maximum of two in the four spaces spot.  All other cars should be parked at the far end parking lot.  No cars should be parked along the sidewalk areas since this is a fire zone and the police will ticket and tow away these cars.

5.  Please clean all trash left in your space and place it in the dumpster located for your convenience.  All items left in your space after you leave will be picked up and you will be billed a $25.00 fee and banned from all future markets.
