100% of the donations made to the Shillington Lions Club or raised through fundraising goes back out to help those that need it.
Throughout the year our club holds several fundraisers that allow us to provide the many financial contributions that we do to both local and global organizations.
We truly could not accomplish as much as we do without the support of our community through our fundraising efforts.

Flea Markets
We will not be holding our annual flea markets for the 2024 season. Unfortunately, with the current capacity of our membership, continuing the flea markets in a successful way isn’t feasible for this year.
We look forward to taking this time to identify improvements and hopefully a sustainable future for this favorite tradition. We’ll look forward to sharing with all when the time is right.
Should you have a roll over market from last season, we will be in touch about a refund. If you have a specific question or concern please reach out to us directly.
Bag and Broom Sale
You know them, you love them! Our famous trash bags and brooms are always a hit. You can find us selling bags and brooms at our flea markets, and throughout the year at Kenhorst Redner’s and Shillington Farmer’s Market. Follow us on Facebook for updates on where we’ll be!
Sometimes we even make special deliveries if you can’t make it to one of our sales. Just ask!

Fantasy Football Pool
Like Fantasy Football, only easier and better! You pick a new offensive player every week and we take care of the rest. Have the most points at the end of 17 weeks, and you win the prize money. The best part is it’s only $10!

NCAA March Madness Pool
A basketball pool that requires no basketball knowledge! You purchase an entry. Depending on the final score of each game during March Madness you could be eligible to win a prize up to $600! One entry fee covers every single March Madness game. And you don’t have to do anything to win!

Kaufman’s Chicken Barbeque Sale
A local favorite. Once each year, usually in the Summer months, we hold a Chicken BBQ sale at Walgreens.

Rubber Duck Race
Usually held in September - a race you don’t have train for! Purchase rubber duck numbers, and hope your duck is one of the first to cross the finish line. We hold the race at Mohnton Playground (Wyomissing Creek) on a Saturday and pair it with a great creek clean-up.

These are Lions Club classics! We frequently hold Spaghetti Dinners and Pancake Breakfasts. You get a meal off, while supporting a great cause.

Looking for your own unique way to give back to the Shillington Lions Club? You could donate a vehicle that you’re no longer in need of, or maybe one that was given to you. We assist the whole way through the dealership trade process and then in assisting you in getting tax deduction information for your donation.
